Payments

Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, and UnionPay (UnionPay is not yet available to all users).
Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard

"PayPal account is not required" if you wish to check out with PayPal. When you are purchasing a product from your cart, simply click on the "Check out with PayPal" tab, and you will be redirected to paypal.com. On this page, you will be asked either to 'Pay with PayPal' or 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'.

If you would like to pay with a credit card, click the tab 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'. On the opening page, the amount of the purchase will be displayed on the top right, with the USPS automatically calculated shipping fee for your country added to the product value. On the same page, along with your credit card information, you must enter your 'Shipping Address'.

You are secured by WIX and PayPal, and they never share your financial details with the merchant.

Tax is included in the price, and there are no other additional charges either; what you see as the price is what you pay in total as you check out.

Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping.

Shipping is free within the USA. USPS 2 Day Priority Mail or UPS Ground is used for domestic shipping, so it may take 3-5 days for delivery including the handling time.

Faster shipping service can be arranged for urgent orders such as UPS Second-Day Air® or UPS Next Day Air®. Please contact us to get a quote for urgent deliveries.

International Shipping

If you are purchasing a product to ship outside the USA, then you will have to pay for shipping costs as well depending on the country and the delivery address you provide.

Preferably, we use UPS (United Parcel Service) - UPS Worldwide Expedited® Shipping or USPS Priority International for all international orders.

A tracking number will be provided for you right upon the shipment within 24 hours after your purchase so that you can track your package from day one until it is delivered to your door.

During your purchase, you will be prompt to enter your full address, and the USPS online tool "Real-Time Shipping Calculation" will configure the actual cost and add it on top of your purchase amount. Even though the 'USPS online tool' is used for defining the shipping fees, we mostly prefer shipping out with the UPS (United Parcel Service) for some international orders because of its faster delivery time and reliability since UPS has its own branches all over the world so that the package doesn't have to be handed over to the relevant country's national postal service after going through customs.

The USPS calculator provides approximate, dynamically calculated shipping rates based on the weight and dimensions of the order, which will be automatically submitted through the checkout page.

A fixed-rate of shipping costs is set for some countries to provide fast and better service.

Depending on your country's import regulations, you may have to pay a customs tax. You will be contacted and notified by the courier company of the required import duties to be paid. Please check your customs tax and regulations before you purchase the product. (e.g. the customs tax on automotive parts is between 15-30% for European countries).

Easy Roadster LLC is not responsible for fees associated with International shipments, such as the foreign country's customs tax and regulations, import duties, etc.

We accept domestic and international returns within 30 days from the delivery date, full money back is guaranteed. The buyer pays for returns unless the product is defective or gets damaged during delivery.

Do not forget that all our products have a lifetime warranty and support. Any parts in the product can be replaced, including the light kit (if you had any), totally free of charge, including the shipping costs for national and international orders.
